[A atualização falhou (#5000)]

MEU JOGO NAO ATUALIZA

 

  FIquei um tempo sem jogar, e quando voltei, fica dando esse erro, A atualização falhou! (#5000) e eu nao consigo entrar no jogo, estou quase desistindo de tentar, ja tentei de tudo, segue o log do erro
